How we handle copyright, image rights and reports of infringing content — in line with the EU Digital Services Act.
Business listings, photos and texts on this platform are uploaded by the business owners themselves. Every owner must confirm, before publishing, that they hold the rights to their content and that any identifiable person shown in a photo has consented to publication. Responsibility for uploaded content lies with the uploader.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights or other rights, please report it. Use the "Report this listing" form on the listing page (choose the copyright reason), or email us directly. Please include the exact URL, a description of the protected work, and proof that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf.
We review every report, usually within 2–3 business days. If the complaint is justified, the content is removed or blocked and the decision is recorded. Both the reporter and the uploader are informed of the outcome where contact details are available.
Confirmed violations are recorded as strikes against the business account. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
